Three retreats, one welcoming house
The small reed islands ("Bülten") in the Bodden lagoon right next door gave our house its name. Set in the heart of the seaside resort of Born, surrounded by thatched-roof neighbouring houses and generous gardens, you're only 200 metres from the Bodden and a short bike ride from the Baltic Sea's Weststrand beach. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park lies right on the doorstep — ideal for nature lovers, cyclists and anyone in search of a quiet holiday.
Whether a spacious family apartment, a bright and cosy retreat, or a romantic nest for two: each of our three apartments has its own character.
Please note: The Bültenhus is a non-smoking house. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The spacious family apartment
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms give families or two couples plenty of space and privacy. The private garden invites you to linger, while the generous living room becomes a cosy retreat on rainy days.
A balance of space and cosiness
The highlight is the curved roof dormer, under which breakfast tastes twice as good. Travelling with grandparents or friends? Combine Morgensünn with the neighbouring Abendsünn for up to 6 guests.
A romantic nest for two
The smallest and cosiest of our three apartments is made for couples who simply want to unwind. The sunny balcony is perfect for a lazy afternoon nap and turns into the perfect spot for a glass of wine at sunset.
A starting point for bike tours, hikes & more
Born is an excellent starting point for bike tours, hikes, boat trips and sailing on a nostalgic Zeesboot, kitesurfing, windsurfing, fishing, horse riding and carriage rides. Well-maintained cycle paths along the Bodden invite you on long tours, and local restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The artists' colony of Ahrenshoop and the nearby seaside resorts of Prerow and Zingst are perfect for a stroll — with the open-air summer theatre and concerts at the fishermen's church in Born providing a touch of culture.
